Broker files
GPMas uses uploaded IBKR and Trading 212 files only to prepare your GPM311 investment-account summary. Files are not retained after the request has been processed.
Your uploaded data is not sent to VMI, EDS or any other filing channel. You review the resulting summary and CSV files yourself, and submit any declaration separately through VMI.
Technical analytics
We collect only minimal technical events to understand whether the tool works: page opens, year or setting changes, file selection or drop actions, guide, privacy or contact clicks, sample-report views, and report-generation outcomes.
Analytics never includes broker-file contents, account numbers, filenames, amounts, countries, or other declaration data. A random temporary visit ID may connect technical events from a single visit; it is not an advertising identifier and is not used to build a profile.
Email reminders
If you provide an email address for a reminder, it is used only for declaration reminders and important GPMas updates. It is not linked to uploaded broker files or declaration data.
What we do not use
- No advertising tracking.
- No session recording or screen capture.
- No profile built from uploaded files.
- No private declaration rows in analytics.
