What the tool prepares
The tool recognises broker files, converts relevant non-EUR cash movements using ECB reference rates, and presents a review-oriented GPM311 summary. The statutory field codes remain in Lithuanian because they are the codes used in VMI EDS.
- H-section entries for opening amounts, money added, withdrawals and net dividends added to the account.
- Dividend totals by country for the GPM311 F section.
- Interest, foreign-withholding and FX audit information where present in source files.
- File-reconciliation checks and review flags for unusual data.
Files to have ready
For Interactive Brokers, upload an annual Activity Statement and, when you received dividends, the tax-year Dividend Report. For the first GPM311 return using the investment account tax regime, a 2024-12-31 statement may also be needed to establish opening data. Trading 212 uses its History CSV and, where needed, its Activity Statement PDF.
How to use the result
Review the source and warning sections first. Then use the generated entries as a checklist while completing your declaration in VMI EDS. GPMas does not transmit broker files or declaration data to VMI.
